The Acting Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Lynchburg is Michael R. Doucette. The primary responsibilities of Mr. Doucette and his staff are to deal strictly with the enforcement of the laws of Virginia, prosecuting all felony violations and misdemeanor offenses as appropriate.
